Guests can cancel free of charge until 45 days before arrival.  Cancellations within 45 days of arrival will receive no refund.

Despite our love for all things animal, we have a strict no pets policy.  In a house this size, the cleaners would not be able to adequately clean the house in the time between guests if pets were allowed.  

Free parking is available to you in the property driveway (2 spaces) or on the street.  The street is narrow, however, and cannot easily accommodate cars parked on both sides.  ATVs, trailers, refrigerated trucks, and other large vehicles are not allowed.  We encourage large groups to carpool or rent 12 person vans to make your adventure with us more relaxing.  Our nine-bedroom house is limited to five gate passes per booking.

We have a gas grill located on our spacious lanai.  We stock free propane for your use during your stay.   

Our pool is heated year-round to 86-88 degrees.  We know that the pool is often the center of your family getaway and we want you to be comfortable.  Unless you prefer a higher temperature, pool heat is included in your rental.  

A deposit of 50% is due upon booking.  The second payment of 50% is due 45 days before arrival and will be collected automatically from the card used in the first transaction.

We also require a signed rental agreement and a $500 security deposit.  The deposit is charged three days before arrival and returned back to your card within 7-10 business days after departure if there are no extra charges.  Once booked, you will receive an email with a link to provide those items. 

During booking, you will be required to upload a copy of a government photo ID to prove the primary renter’s age (must be 25+) and to prove authorization to charge the credit card.  We do not share this information with others.  

Our kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a refrigerator with Sabbath Mode. 

Our stove has a flat electric cooktop and a self-cleaning oven.  A second electric smaller cooktop is available upon request for those keeping kosher. 

We have a set of brand new, sharp knives.  A Keurig dual coffee maker takes pods or grounds (pods provided.). We have a kettle, a blender, a hand-mixer, and a 6-quart Instapot.  Stainless steel pots and pans make cooking a breeze.  Basic condiments such as salt and pepper are also provided.  Feel free to email with any other questions.

During non-peak seasons, we offer a ten percent discount for stays seven nights or longer.
