The Windsor at Westside luxury resort community is a convenient 35-45 minute drive from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). The route you take will be determined by traffic at the time of your arrival. Be sure to use your maps app to find the best route.
My first instinct as a traveler to the Orlando area was to try to avoid toll roads. My advice would be not to do this if you are new to Orlando and flying into the area. I have tried to do so twice and it made my drive much longer and more stressful. Most rental cars are now equipped with a toll transponder. The rental car company will bill you retroactively for any tolls plus a daily usage fee on the days you are charged a toll. It is worth it to simply take the most direct route.
Almost all routes will place you on the 192 West as you get close to the community. From there, you can take a left onto Morgan Williams Road, which is an unprotected left-turn that can sometimes be difficult. If you don’t like that intersection, simply proceed to the next light and make a left onto Formosa Gardens Blvd.
Either way you choose, proceed to make a right onto Funie Steed Road. A left onto Westside Blvd, a left onto Monaco and a right onto Lima Avenue. Your home away from home will be on the right-hand side. Welcome home!
